All women are capable of having the body they want, if they're willing to get it. A lot of people have limiting thoughts that allow them to live with a body they really don't like. Your metabolism is the fastest way to fat loss. You probably follow a 2-3 meal a day plan that is typical of this society. That isn't going to help you. On the super model diet, you're going to eat a meal every 2-3hrs. You can stimulate a faster metabolism this way. Surprisingly, your metabolism is directly tied to your digestive system. This is a secret method that allows you to not have to restrict food so much because eating in itself allows you to burn more calories. When you start eating this often, your metabolism turns on and goes fast. You'll be burning much more fat through out the day for doing this. The reason is that your metabolism is tied to digestion. If your body is in a constant state of digestion, your metabolism will be burning fast.

Knowing what to eat

I'm not going to list foods that you should be eating because in all seriousness, it isn't going to teach you. Knowing what rolls protein, carbs and fat play will help you determine what you should be eating while you're at home or even in a restaurant. That's how good the super model diet is. You should eat the same amount of protein with each meal. There is no reason to fluctuate with it. When it comes to carbs, it should follow your activities. That means in the morning you should have more carbs and before you goto the gym. The evenings before bed should have no carbs at all. Lastly, fat slows down your digestive system, so it is best used at slow times. Eat your fat in the evening.
